Albany man charged with attempted murder and arson due back in court

ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- The man accused of shooting at two police detectives in Albany is due back in court.

Detectives say they saw Devante Wadjas walking on Trinity Place earlier this month when he pulled out a gun and started shooting. The detectives returned fire, hitting Wadjas in the torso. No police were hurt.
