Ballston, NY (WRGB) — New York State Police arrested a Ballston man following a reported stabbing.
State Police say 61-year-old Richard Marcella of Ballston, was arrested on December 26, 2025, and charged with Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree.
