COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Jonathan Andrew Felkel, a man indicted on federal hate crime charges, appeared in federal court on Tuesday.
Felkel’s arraignment took place at 10 a.m. at the Matthew J. Perry Jr. Federal Courthouse in Columbia.
