Raleigh, North Carolina – Mild conditions will give way to a chilly but dry New Year’s Eve across central North Carolina, with temperatures steadily falling into the 30s by midnight.
According to the National Weather Service in Raleigh, temperatures across the region will drop from the mid to upper 40s during the early evening into the mid-30s by midnight, under partly cloudy skies.
