FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A neighborhood mailbox was hit by a package thief on Christmas Day, with residents saying this is the second mail theft form the mailbox within two weeks.
In one video from Christmas morning, you can see a dark colored SUV pull up to the mailbox around 6:30 a.m.
A person then gets out of the back passenger side and seems to use a key to open all of the containers…
