Grand Rapids-based private equity firm Blackford Capital announced it invested in Texas Injection Molding, which is headquartered in Houston. The value of the investment was not revealed.
Texas Injection Molding, which produces precision-engineered injection molded industrial components, plans to use the funding to expand the company. It will also use Blackford’s experience to identify and integrate future acquisition targets.
