CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Several people were taken to the hospital after a crash involving a Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) bus early Tuesday morning.
According to CATS, the bus was traveling on Old Statesville Road when an oncoming vehicle crossed the median and collided with the bus.

CATS said the bus operator and two passengers on board were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Medic officials initially reported that four people may have been hurt, but all injuries are believed to be minor.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police responded to the crash around 6:45 a.m., and the incident was listed as an ‘accident involving personal injury.’…
