LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The city of Lexington has activated its emergency winter weather plan as dropping temperatures leave many people without a warm place to stay.
Under the plan, emergency shelters operate with additional capacity. While many shelters are filling up fast, officials say there are still more options available.
