HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Documents from the South Carolina Highway Patrol are giving new details about a chase that turned into an attempted murder arrest in Horry County.
On Nov. 29, a trooper with the South Carolina Highway Patrol noticed an SUV northbound on Highway 31 at 81 mph in a 65 mph zone.
The trooper tried to pull over the SUV on Highway 31 just north of Robert Grissom Parkway, but the driver, identified as Cassidy Harding, kept going and took an exit on Highway 22, according to SCHP’s incident report…
