PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Rhode Island Department of Transportation said a crash was cleared after the Interstate 95 south in Providence was closed for over two hours on Monday night.
RIDOT said the crash was at exit 39B, near Smithfield Avenue and North Main Street.
All lanes were closed for around two hours…
