WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — A man was arrested Saturday after another man was fatally shot in West Memphis in November, according to the West Memphis Police Department.
West Memphis Police said on Nov. 9 at around 11:30 p.m., they responded to a call in the 700 block of McAuley Circle about a male allegedly sleeping in the driveway.
