The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 37-year-old Ismael Ponce-Blas of Aurora on Saturday after he allegedly entered someone’s home in Waterman and filmed them while they were sleeping.
Police say the situation became a domestic battery incident once the victim awoke.
