I have decided that I need to tell you all about the new local spots I discovered in 2025. My “best bites” list is officially out, and to my surprise, a humble plate of nachos made the cut.
My love of tacos frequently leads me to the most random places, and this little spot on 70th Street was no exception. I had driven past it a dozen times, but I finally decided to pull over and see if the bright flags flying outside were worth the hype. Stepping inside, I knew I was in for an authentic experience.
While waiting, I asked the lady next to me in line to guide me through the menu. She laughed and admitted she had only ever ordered the nachos because they were so good they kept her coming back for more…
