NAMPA, ID — Two Nampa residents have been arrested following a police investigation into the death of their infant son, according to a press release from the Nampa Police Department .
Police said dispatchers received a 911 call at approximately 3:32 a.m. on December 16 reporting a possible infant death at a home in the 300 block of Lone Star Road. Emergency responders were sent to the residence and confirmed the infant was deceased.
According to investigators, the child’s father was at the home when officers arrived and told police the child’s mother was not present. Detectives later determined the infant allegedly died at a different location and was moved to the residence afterward.
