RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Two people were injured in a crash on eastbound I-80 on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. According to Nevada Highway Patrol, the collision involving a Ford Mustang and a semi-truck happened just after 9 a.m.
The two people in the Mustang were taken to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries.
I-80 eastbound is down to one lane from Keystone to Virginia and the on-ramp at University Way near Walgreens is closed. It’s estimated that the lane and ramp closure will last 2 to 3 hours…
