MILTON, NY — State Police arrested two men Dec. 21 after they were allegedly found removing items from a home without permission.
Kevin R. Kelly, 35, of Ballston Spa, and Nicholas J. Murtlow, 36, of Middle Grove, were each charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony; fourth-degree conspiracy, a class E felony; fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor.
