PENNSYLVANIA — An Ocean County man was sentenced to six to 12 years in state prison for raping an unconscious woman after a night out in Bucks County, authorities said.
Bryan M. Stackhouse of Manahawkin was sentenced by Wallace H. Bateman Jr. on December 22, following his July conviction on charges of rape of an unconscious person, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.
The case dates back to February 11, 2024, when staff at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital alerted police that a woman had arrived seeking treatment after a sexual assault. Investigators determined the victim and a friend had met Stackhouse and another man at a bar earlier that evening…
