Hedgesville resident Jacob Martin, 23, was arrested following an investigation into a physical incident involving a child at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center, according to the Leesburg Police Department.
At around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 28, officers were called to the building on Ida Lee Drive NW, where there were reports of a “serious physical assault” involving Martin and a juvenile.
