WAYNESVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Waynesville Police Department is working to identify a suspect in a break-in on Dec. 22.
Officers reported that a suspect broke into the Junaluska Exxon on Dellwood Road. The suspect was covering his face and wearing dark clothing, gloves with write writing on the top, and a backpack with a red interior. The suspect appeared to use a small yellow crowbar, or flat bar, to gain access to the building.
