HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Three people were arrested at The Home Depot in Harrisonburg Monday afternoon that are believed to be a part of a large-scale financial crime ring.
Harrisonburg Police Captain Chris Monahan says that HPD was alerted to a vehicle in the area of Burgess Road possibly occupied by wanted individuals. The vehicle, a white Toyota Sienna, was then located in the Home Depot parking lot.
HPD officers made contact with the vehicle, and four occupants were detained without incident…
