GREENSBORO, N.C. — The City of Greensboro is issuing a White Flag response to the freezing temperatures expected for the night of Tuesday, Dec. 30.
A White Flag response is when actual or “feels like” temperatures reach 32 degrees for two or more hours or for other winter weather events, according to the city. Warming centers will be activated while response is in place.
