The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has completed an investigation into a fatal workplace incident earlier this year in York County.
A Department of Labor spokesperson said no citations were issued following the death of Trevor Staten, 34, of Harrisburg, at the Utz Potato Chip Factory on High Street in Hanover.
On May 2, Staten fell from the factory’s roof through a skylight and into the loading dock below. Staten, who worked for a subcontractor, died from blunt force injuries, the York County Coroner’s Office said…
