LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky will prohibit the sale of THC-infused seltzers at fairs and festivals starting New Year’s Day.
The new restriction completes implementation of Senate Bill 202, which regulates THC beverages by limiting sales to licensed liquor stores only, where they must be sold by the box. SB 202 banned the beverages from bars and restaurants in June.
