Prichard meeting addresses safety and quality-of-life concerns

PRICHARD, Ala. (WALA) – The city of Prichard is addressing urgent safety and quality-of-life concerns.

The Public Works and Public Safety Committee met today. They discussed strengthening animal control enforcement, including tougher penalties for repeat offenders.
