A Pennsylvania woman was arrested on Friday after police found a puppy crammed into a suitcase that was zipped closed and witnesses said she was beating the dog.
Jayme White, 56, faces two counts of neglect of animals and a single count of cruelty to animals as well as public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and several other charges, according to online court records.
