SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is resurfacing a public plea as the year closes to help identify a woman — with a “distinctive” text tattoo — who was found dead in the city’s Western Addition neighborhood this past spring.

The woman was found unresponsive on Sunday, May 18 at the entryway of a shuttered Walgreen’s store location at 1301 Franklin Street. Emergency medical services soon arrived at the scene and declared her deceased. It is not clear what led to the incident.
The deceased is described as a white woman, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing 107 pounds with red hair and green eyes, according to OCME. She is approximately 50 years old. OCME released the below sketch of the woman.
OCME added, “She has multiple tattoos, including a distinctive text tattoo on her right arm that reads, in three lines: “Self Care”, “you always have your health,” [and] “Pray Meditate Laugh”.
OCME said it uses several different investigative methods, including fingerprint comparison, witness interviews, and DNA testing, and most of the time, can make a positive identification within a day, and note that this situation is “a rare case.”…
