Kelly Township, Pa. — Police say a 63-year-old rehab center patient who came to a hospital for treatment allegedly starting threatening staff with a knife.
Charges were filed for Ivan L. Upsher, of Pittsburgh, for the alleged incident from Dec. 13 at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Kelly Township.
