We can hear the dinks already. Flapjack Social Club is coming to town in early 2026, a new pickleball and padel facility and social club opening at The Palms of Carrollwood Shopping Center (14360 N Dale Mabry Hwy).
The ambitious project will feature 13 pickleball and padel courts, as well as indoor and outdoor social gathering areas, a full recovery zone with cold plunge and sauna, co-working spaces, a café and bar, private phone booths, and outdoor patios. Flapjack will offer multiple membership tiers, as well as day passes, leagues, clinics, tournaments, and year-round social programming. The team behind Flapjack Social Club says it will be the first Pickle + Padel facility of its kind in the Tampa Bay region, combining two of the fastest-growing sports in the world under one roof. The center of the experience is an AI concierge, which “matches players by skill, vibe, and availability,” manages court flow and waitlists, answers FAQs, onboards new members, promotes events, and collects feedback.
