On Dec. 20, 1994, officers responded to the 1600 block of Rickenbacker Road in Essex after reports of a body found in a parking lot.
When police arrived, they discovered 35-year-old Dana Davis. He had been brutally beaten, lying beside a blue Pontiac, bleeding heavily from his head. The Medical Examiner later determined the cause of death as blunt-force trauma, a post from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Cold Case Squad said.
Around the time of the murder, witnesses described seeing a white man wearing a black coat, jeans, and a hat standing over Dana’s body before taking off towards Essextowne Circle, the post said…
