Bird flu discovered in Iowa, closes reservoir

IOWA (KCAU) — A bird flu has now hit central Iowa, and it shut down a reservoir in the process.

The Maffit Reservoir in Cumming, Iowa, is now closed. Officials believe the avian flu is responsible for the deaths of over 100 wild Canadian Geese.
