KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man has been charged with murder after police say he shot a man in the back as he ran away, then stole his car.
Jackson County, Missouri, Prosecutor Melesa Johnson says she charged Ryan Hawk, 29, with second-degree murder on Tuesday, Dec. 30.
