ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man is being charged in Florissant for shooting and injuring a store employee during a robbery Monday night.
According to Florissant Police, Cartez C. Harvey,19, is being charged with first-degree assault, first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and tampering with evidence.
