Jasper Mills, an Albany-based criminal defense attorney, was arrested and charged with multiple felony offenses tied to witness intimidation and tampering, the New York AG’s office revealed Tuesday, Dec. 30.
Mills is accused of violating a court-issued protective order by unlawfully sharing sensitive discovery materials that identified cooperating witnesses in an ongoing gang-related murder prosecution, officials said.
