PARKVILLE, MD—Authorities have taken a suspect into custody following a fatal stabbing in Parkville early Monday morning. The Baltimore County Police Department reported that the incident occurred in the 1700 block of Edgewood Road (21234).
Officers initially responded to the scene at approximately 4:05 a.m. on December 29 after receiving a call to check the location. Upon arrival, police discovered 22-year-old Ebrima Loppy suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. Loppy was pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency personnel.
