Erie County awarded $3 million for traffic signal upgrades

(WJET/WFXP)– Erie County has been awarded nearly $3 million in state funds to help with traffic flow and safety along one of the county’s busiest roads.

Funding will be going to the City of Erie, Millcreek, for intersections along West 12th Street and Wesleyville Borough for one of their busiest intersections.

The city received $746,320.44 to reconstruct the traffic signal at West 12th Street and Pittsburgh Avenue.
