DeKalb County Police gets six-figure grant to combat dangerous drivers

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The DeKalb County Police Department has landed a six-figure grant to combat traffic accidents caused by dangerous drivers.

The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety announced that the county received a Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (H.E.A.T.) grant for 2026, totaling $120,779.36.
