A Tate County man was recently transferred to the Panola County Jail to stand trial on nearly a dozen charges stemming from a drive-by shooting in March.
Michael Brody Thomas, 21, was indicted in September on 11 charges, including eight counts of drive-by shooting, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into a vehicle.
