Opa! Greek food is officially trending in Southwest Florida. Just seven months after the highly anticipated Estia opened in North Naples, there’s a new Greek restaurant in town. Violi opened its doors Nov. 10, bringing a fresh taste of Greece to Mercato.
Violi has completely reimagined the space Bravo Italian Kitchen once held, adding in wooden pergolas, bright florals, and dim lights. Walking into Violi transports you straight to Mykonos, from the ambience to the extensive authentic menu.
Menu highlights
I’m noticing that more restaurants around Southwest Florida offer mocktail menus now, Violi included. Of course restaurants will always have specialty cocktail menus, but I’m really enjoying the additional of fun alcohol-free options. If you’re starting Dry January, Violi has a great selection of mocktails like the “Mango Mule-ish,” ($9) which includes mango, lime, and ginger beer.
