Sonoma County, CA – A magnitude 3.0 earthquake struck Northern California on Wednesday afternoon, centered about 8 kilometers northwest of The Geysers geothermal field, a seismically active area near the Sonoma–Lake County line, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
