Certain highways for truck drivers will be off limits as a large storm will take on Western New York on Monday.
Gov. Kathy Hochul issued an advisory to caution commuters to avoid roads, especially during evening rush hour commutes, and suggested residents work from home instead on Mondays after winter storms take on Western New York.
