Bowling Green Police arrested two juveniles sleeping in a car Monday (12/29), reportedly with a handgun in the cupholder of the car’s center console.
Police were called to the back parking lot of a business in the 300 block of South Main Street, around 6:30 a.m., for a suspicious vehicle. Officers found the two 17-year-olds – a boy from Bowling Green and a girl from Genoa – sleeping in the back of the car.
Police saw the 9 mm handgun in the cupholder, and the girl reportedly said it was her gun. A 9 mm bullet was reportedly found in the boy’s jacket pocket…
