KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Plaza’s new owners, Gillon Property Group, eyes taking control of more of the Kansas City shopping district.
The owners proposed taking control of area sidewalks during a city plan commission meeting Tuesday.
The proposal would transfer ownership and public right of way from the city to the Plaza for specific walkways. Sidewalks highlighted in yellow on the map below are the ones that would be vacated under the plan.
