FRISCO, Texas — A man who stole a vehicle and ran away from police has barricaded himself inside a home, Frisco police said.
The Frisco Police Department told WFAA on Wednesday morning that a stolen vehicle suspect ran away near the intersection of Stonebrook Parkway and Boulder Way.
