CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – A midday “Noon Year’s Eve” celebration at The Center at Belvedere gave people a chance to dance, enjoy lunch, and toast the new year — all before the sun went down.
The event offered an alternative to traditional late-night celebrations, creating a welcoming space for people who still wanted to mark the moment without staying up until midnight.
