Thug Riders Motorcycle Club member pleads guilty to racketeering

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Another member of the Thug Riders Motorcycle Club (TRMC) – which faces remarkable allegations including murder, arson and racketeering – has taken a plea deal.

Brent A. Egleston, “Be Easy”, 36, from Xenia, agreed to the charges against him for the following crimes:

  • Commission of a Violent Crime in Aid of Racketeering
  • Attempted Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

His sentencing date is currently unavailable.

Dayton PD seek help finding missing 14-year-old

The other members of TRMC are also facing charges for allegedly doing the following:

  • Blowing up a former member’s vehicle. (Huber Heights, May 2021.)
  • Killing a man during a shootout. (Harrison Township, Sept. 2021.)
  • Shooting over 190 live gunfire rounds into a rival motorcycle gang’s clubhouse. (Lexington, Kentucky, April 2023.)
  • Breaking the leg of a patron at Toby’s Tavern. (Dayton, June 2023.)
  • Attacking a rival gang member at Chris’s Band Box. (Dayton, July 2023.)
  • Engaging in a shootout at a different motorcycle gang’s clubhouse. (Springfield, March 2024.)
  • Physically assaulting members of another motorcycle gang. (London, May 2024.)
  • Threatening and extorting former gang members.

Egleston is one of 14 men who were arrested in June 2024 and is the fourth to be sentenced…
