‘It was a shock:’ Conway retirees surprised, alarmed by insurance changes

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — For many former employees, Conway was a great place to work. After 25-year careers, retirees were promised free health insurance for the rest of their lives.

But that incentive is about to change.
