New Mexico woman sentenced for her role in 2023 deadly robbery in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico woman will spend more than two decades behind bars for her role in a robbery that turned deadly. In 2023, Jasmine Trujillo and her boyfriend assaulted Larry Norsworthy at his apartment near Central Ave. and Louisiana Blvd., then took his personal belongings. Norsworthy’s son later found his father dead.

Trujillo pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and burglary. She was sentenced to 25 years behind bars.
