SPOKANE, Wash. – The teenager charged with killing Spokane community leader Sarah Doxey pleaded guilty to all charges in court Wednesday.
The teen faced charges for vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault, failing to remain on scene and driving without a valid license and pleaded guilty to all counts.
The charges came after the teen hit Doxey with a car on July 16 while she was jogging near Manito Country Club. After striking Doxey with the car, the teen fled the scene on foot but was eventually tracked down and arrested by Spokane police, who reported that the teen’s blood alcohol content was 0.095, nearly five times the legal limit for a juvenile driver…
