Oluwajomiloju Sekiteri, 21, was arrested by members of the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team in connection with a fatal pedestrian crash last month.
The incident was reported at around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, along Towsontown Boulevard, according to the department, where a man and a dog were both struck by a 2014 Toyota Camry.
