HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) – Officers with the Harrisonburg Police Department arrested three wanted people Monday who are believed to be involved of the “Felony Lane Gang,” a national criminal organization, according to HPD.
HPD officers were alerted to a vehicle in the area of Burgess Road that possibly had wanted individuals inside. Officers located the vehicle in the Home Depot parking lot and made contact with four occupants, who were detained without incident, according to an HPD release.
Three of the four occupants provided false identification to officers at first, but were later identified as Elizabeth Tweedy, Timothy Capelle and Kristen Breen.
Breen, Capelle and Tweedy are believed to be involved in smash-and-grab incidents tied to the Felony Lane Gang, HPD said, a nationwide criminal organization that’s responsible for widespread thefts, identity fraud and cashing fraudulent checks…
